Hard seasons deserve honest acknowledgment. Not every difficulty needs a silver lining right away. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply say, “This is difficult,” and let that truth breathe for a moment.

Giving yourself room to feel the weight of something isn’t weakness — it’s clarity. And clarity is often the first sign that healing is beginning, even if you can’t see the whole path yet.
