Making Something: The Creativity We Keep to Ourselves

I love it when someone shares their creativity. Cooking, writing, painting, music, whatever it is, I just enjoy watching people make something.

One of our members, Jeanell Sullivan, wrote a book and I really enjoyed it. THE CODE: 44 is short, practical, and the kind of thing you come back to. What worked for me was reading one lesson each day and bringing it into the walk to school with my kids. Some mornings it sparks something, some mornings it doesn’t. Either way, we’re talking about something that matters.

Quick question for the group: what’s something creative you do, even if you mostly keep it to yourself?

  1. Cooking or baking
  2. Writing or journaling
  3. Music or singing
  4. Making something with your hands

Even one word or a single number is fine. And if someone names something you’ve been meaning to try, let them know.
